Dreaming of Sunnier weather.
Today we listed our house with an agent. We have been trying to sell it "For Sale by Owner" we had two offers, both of which didn't work out, and we are getting exited to move to Texas, so we thought more exposure will sel it quicker, with an agent it gets into MLS.
Chris and I are doing great. I am still selling socks at Nordstrom for the time being. I love the people I work with, and it gets me out and about doing something. Chris and my mom and dad got a house on the market this last week, one of our investment houses. It has taken a long time for this house. It was a junk house before we bought it, and we added a basement, and stairs, and two bedrooms, one bath, living room, utility room etc. It looks GREAT! I would live there if it was in Texas.
Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers for our home in Albany to sell. We are just waiting on the Lord at this point.
