W haven't made any offers, but we did decide we want to build, since it's so darn cheep, and then we'll get the most appreciation for the money. When you build, even if we made an offer tomorrow it won't be ready to move in untill september, so we may be in our apartment longer than we thought, but that is okay with us for a great house like that. We will keep everyone updated, becuase we will be looking a lot right now, so we can hopefully movein by November this year at the lastest.....
Oh...also...did you notice 5 bedrooms...there's only two of us...so we would really enjoy friends and family to visit. In fact we are not joking when we say that, anyone who will move to TExas we will house you for as long as you need to find a place, we will have enough room for you and all your stuff. Trust me we came from a 888 sq. ft. house, we won't be able to fill a house this size for years. IKEA is close though.....
