So there are things that nobody tells you about being pregnant. Since I know a few men read this blog I will leave many things out. But one thing I have really noticed is all the sneezing, runny noses, and bloody noses I have been getting. Man I say buy stock in tissues. As long as women are having babies, tissues will be needed.
I

I was given this great book to read. Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy. This is a funny book, all the things your doctor won't tell you. Which it's just so good to hear that other women are going through the same things I am too. I am so exited to say that a few of my friends are also pregnant too, so I am not alone. (but I am) I have great friends I can share in this time, to laugh at all the dumb things we feel, think, go through, yet none of them are in Texas.
If anyone has had children and knows a few more things that will be coming my way, please let me know. I love to be prepared for what is to come. I understand so much better the essence of time, and why fast food was invented. When I am hungry now...I mean.....NOW!!!!!

When I was pregnant I felt like a sleepy bear who was hungry all the time and needed to be near a bathroom.
I didn't have energy to do anything else but to eat and sleep.
9 months seems like a long time when your pregnant, but it's not. Once the baby comes your going your going to wish you enjoyed the sleep your getting now.
Just listen to what your body is telling you it's for a reason.

true, you never sleep the same way once you're a mommy :) And I forgot about the stuffy nose, but I definitely sneeze a ton when I'm pregnant! Poor thing...just keep a pack of tissues nearby, for that and for when the hormones make you cry for no reason :)
I hear ya...I think mine is a combo of allergies along with being pregnant, but I am sniffing constantly, and have had a few bloody noses too :( As far as I can remeber, I only had the runny nose in the first trimester with Elle, but I am not certain. Hopefully it will stop for you soon!
I completly understand the irritating runny nose - I had it all through my first trimester. Its stop now which is nice - but the hunger part seems to have gotten worse. (I only want 1 or 2 bites of something and then its off to the next item...) I'm 23 weeks along and my energy has come back some - but I still enjoy an afternoon nap when I can get one. Congrats my dear! Just remember to enjoy every moment.
