Well, I am 25 today. It seems so odd, I know one day Carter will tell me...."mom you're old" like every child is obligated to do, make their parents feel old. (Sorry mom and dad.) But I think it's odd to think that one day he'll be in the same situation I was in with my mom and dad. I am no longer just the child, I am also the parent too. I feel like I am growing up too fast. I feel like Carter is too. Chris will be 25 tomorrow. For today I am the "old one" as he tells me.

Yes, Happy Birthday, and 26 seems a whole lot older than 25...at least I'm still 25 for 7 more months! Pretty soon we'll all be 30...yikes!
Happy birthday Jolene did you see my blog today I wrote a birthday note to you. I have one for Chris tomorrow.

But I know what you mean, you are maturing and your child is a reminder of that.
From your soon to be 50 year old aunt on Easter who is really feeling old.
Now that is getting old. I actually dyed my hair on monday to hide the grey and white hair.
