Carter's gift to Mommy
For Valentines Day, I told Chris about 2 weeks ago, "please don't get me anything this year, I just want to have a relaxing weekend with you." So he didn't get me anything.......Carter did....
We always go grocery shopping Friday night when Chris gets home from work. This weekend, he was really being odd. He just wanted to sit and wait for his show to end. (yes he likes tv, but he knew I was looking forward to getting out of the house.) So he kept saying, you're sure you never went to the door today. I said...NO. Anywho. at 6:55pm, the door bell rings, it was UPS, I was delivered chocolate covered strwberries from CA, the best in the world, from Carter for Valentines day. (UPS garentees delivery by 7pm, so they were close and Chris being in shipping knew they'd be there any minute.) I quickly ate one, and oh my, they were THE BEST strwberries I had ever had. The cholcolate was nice too.
On sat, Valentines day, we woke up and Chris left to go help our friends, Joe & Meredith pack up a little and give them our uhaul boxes to move, they just sold their home, and their new one won't be finished until July. Well Chris and Joe came back to our house with Joe's tv. (It's not little) Joe didn't want it in storage for 4 months, so Chris so gratously, he's such a good friend, offered to baby sit it, for the time being. I am just newvous about giving it back, we will have to upgrade by then. (In all reality, we were saving for a new tv anyway, so an upgrade was already planned, this way, we can check out the size and brand and make sure we get something we really want.)
On a side note. Chris got a tv finally for his man cave...see previous post about three weeks back.
Also Chris and I went on a walk sat, you'll notice Carter's cute walking outfit. This week it's been a little cold. (50's)
Sunday was the Daytona 500. We had some friends over, to check out the loaner tv. The guys all likes watching the cars making left turns on a bigger tv.
Well, that's our weekend.
Have a great week y'all

Isn't Carter sweet to his mommy? That was so cute. Love your posts. They really keep us up to date and of course we enjoy the photos and videos too.
