So this isn't of course me or carter. This videos is old.....it's from 2006, when we got our second little kitty, Courderoy. He was found at about 3 weeks old, so he didn't get to burse from his mom long enough, so he still had the habbit. When he would get tired he would nurse on Cotton, our other cat. Cotton actually really liked it, he must have thought it was a massage with the neading and all. Anyway....with that said, things are going really well with me nursing Carter, (no video nessisary), he eats still every 2 hours during the day, every 4-5 at night. He wakes only 2 times to eat now, at 1 ish, and 5 ish. He eats for about 10 minutes total. He must be getting all he needs. I am able to pump as well, and I have been storing so when I return to work on Friday this week, time goes by way too fast, he'll have breatsmilk, instead of formula.
He is able to take a bottle too, which is nice, it won't be such a struggle. He has never had a whole day of the bottle though, so we'll see how that goes. Have a great week.
My postings are about to dramatically decrease, due to my work schedule. I will try to post often, but please pray for Carter while I return to work. It breaks my heart to leave him.

Will definitely be praying for Carter AND you on Friday, it will be tough, but you'll get through it! And you are awesome to have pumped for him and provide for him in that way even when you're at work!!!
Your blog is so cute. You are always in our prayers. At least Carter is young enough that even though he will miss being with you all day he won't be tramatized like he would if he was a year old. We hope this time of work goes be fast for you so you can get back to being a full time mom.
I was like what the heck, isn't that Jess?? Ha ha... Anyways, I'll be praying for you as you return to work, and for Carter as well. The time will pas quickly, just as the past few months have flown by for you :)
