San Antonio

Chris and I decided to take a last minute trip to San Antonio last weekend. We have been so busy, nonstop this month, so sorry for the fwe posts. We had a lot of fun in San Antonio, we left friday night at Carter's bedtime, so he slept the whole way. Sat. we went to the River Walk, and the Alamo. We hung around the city a little too. We left Saturday late afternoon, and stopped in San Marcos at the largest outlet mall....."bath and body here I come"....I did get a lot of the christmas candels I love. Carter did sooooo well. He didn't take a nap all day long, and it was HOT. It's much more humid there than in DFW. We went on the riverride at the river walk, and he just loved the boat, and seeing everything. We walked around a lot, and inside and just loved it. Then when it came time for the Alamo, well that's when he finally pooped out. He was not really that into the history I guess. It was so hot, we kept getting ice for his sippy cup to cool him off. He is learning how to use it. He is rolling everywhere, sittingup once he gets where he wants to go, and in the last 2 days has shown the ability to get up on all fours and rock a little. He even made his way to the couch and tried to pull up. He does this cute thing when he's trying to crawl. He will be on all fours, and push his knees and booty in the air, so it's like bear crawl. He doens't move forward, but it's cute!!!! he laughs all the time. He loved watching the cats run around the house.
