Pumpkin Patch
I might not be feeling 100% up to par, but that wasn't going to stop us from taking the cutest little boy in the whole world to the pumpkin patch ofr his first halloween. It was a beautiful day. I would be lying if I said it's just by great all of October, but really it's looked more like my hometown in Oregon for 2 weeks. We were so glad to not have grey sky, we went out to get a pumpkin for Carter. Carter was really unsure at first. Everytime Chris or I would squat down to take a picture with him by a pumpkin, or show him what it felt like he would get fussy. After about 20 minutes he finally warmed up to the idea. Then he didn't mind. He did not like the way te grass felt on his hands, so we weren't worried about him crawling around. He would put one hand down to crawl, and then he'd lift it up and wipe it off on his shirt, (to get the grassy feeling off I guess. it's cute.) Here are some pics. Check out Carter's blue eyes. WOW. Oh, and there's a bruise again, ..... he likes to clibm over and face plant things, he makes obstical courses in our house with toys and Koda. (Chris said, it's a boy thing, look at basic training in the military, huh, I wonder where that came from.)
