This is my favorite picture of Chris. He has the best blue eyes ever.
Carter is officially moved into his new room. I know we talked about not moving him vs. moving him, and we went back and forth so many times. In the end we decided to move him to the extra bedroom, and a new crib all together. It's a black crib, just like the one he had. We decided at the same time, to move him from 2 naps to 1. He doesn't really need 2 naps anymore, but he's been so good at taking 2, but then at night he'll talk to himself for 1-2 hours in his bed before falling asleep. (we put him down at 6:30-7, and he was falling asleep around 8:30-9.) So I thought, well 1 nap it is. It's been a rough day. I thought he would sleep better at night in his new room if he was so tired. That's how we moved him from our room to his. (a new schedule) This changing of nap/bed time routines is tough. When Carter woke up from this nap, he was sitting in the corner clinched to his blanket and polar bear, SCREAMING. I think he may have been a little scared, or unsure why he was in the other room. He likes to go in a play in his new room. I didn't want him to associate it in anyway with the new baby, so that's why we moved him now.

my strawberries, in the open area we'll plant watermellon in a few weeks.
