2 weeks, 18 months

Wow, it's been a great first few weeks with Chase. I love having him around so much. Carter is learning to adjust to having Chase around. He really doens't understand "brother" yet at all. But he likes to point to the "baby's" body parts. (toes, nose, eyes, ears, knees, etc.)
Carter is acting out a little, but not like what I expected from him with Chase around.
Chase is such a good baby. He doesn't cry or wine alot. He is a squirmy little one though. He just wiggles all the time. he spits up and is much gassier than Carter ever was, so we started giving him gas drops. (even with that he still doesn't get mad.) He does Love to be held. He eats Great, sleeps well, even sleeps all night, just wakes up to eat and goes back to sleep. Sometimes it is tough to put him down, because he just wants to sleep in your arms, which is so hard to resist. Chris spend one night just holding him for an hour because he didnt want to put him down.
Yesterday was one of the hardest, worst and yet Best days ever with the two kids. I woke up fed Chase, and checked on Carter. He had been sick at night, and puked, and slept in it. My poor baby. Once I changed the bed sheets, and hurried to get his "taggy" (favorite blanket) washed for nap time, Chase had his first major blowout, in the swing too, so then I had to quickly wash all that too. Then, I started to feel real ill. I had to call Chris to come home, because I couldn't stop throwing up. The best part is coming.......Carter, me and Chase were all cuddeling on the recliner. It was the best moment of my life. I love having my boys cuddle with me. Even if it takes a "ucky bug" (as carter says), and we all feel ill, it was great to have a moment of sweetness.
Chris was a big help too. He is so great!

You have to love those moments of sweetness.

Cuddling makes up for a lot of yucky things in life, doesn't it!?!?

Ohhh my, never great to feel sick...but when you can do so as a family, well...it sounds pretty sweet in an odd kinda way :)
