Rolling????

I heard Chase this morning, just talking to himself. I walked in and found him using the rails on the crib to help him roll over. He has been facinated lately with trying to roll to his tummy. (much sooner than Carter did. Chase isn't quit 4 months, Carter was a week over 5 months) Chase loves his "taggy" already too. He swirls around to grab it...........
yes, that is him in a somewhat swaddel...yes...still.... Chase is the wiggeliest kids EVER!!!!!! So we had to swaddel him to calm down, after a while, he was just accustomed to it as a que to go to sleep. He is very quickly moving on from that stage. I have tried a few times to lay him down without it. He always wins that battle. Mama just isn't ready to ehar him cry that long.

Chase and Carter in the I Heart NY shirt from aunt Carmen and uncle Leo. Chase was way to interested in Carter to look at the camera. Carter just wanted to see himself in the camera...so this is the best I could get.
He was probably thinking, "really mom, more pictures, I heard the second child get break from all that...."

Carter got to stay up late tonight and help mommy and daddy cook dinner. (normal bedtime is abour 6:30-7, this was at 7:15. What a treat!)

This is Chase trying with all his might to roll over. He has done it. Infact, when he does it in his crib, he gets MAD!!!!!!!! But while playing he doesn't mind as much, because there is always more toys. He tried to swivel around to watch Carter or grab another toy. Ijust feel like this is soo young to be doing that, but I have always said Chase doesn't want to be treated like a baby. He thinks he is about 16. He also does fairly well on tummy time, compared to Carter at least. He'll play there for a good 15-20 minutes and even talk with you.
Videos are taking forever to upload, so I just had time for one.

These photos are so fun. When Jason was 7 months old he slept with his legs hanging out between the crib rungs. When he woke up he rolled over and broke his leg. Thank goodness Chase is just using the rungs for leaverage. He is so smart.
