My baby Carter turned 2 on December 19th. Wow how times flys. I can't believe it's been 2 whole years. I still think of him as my "baby boy". Infact, now I call him that, I say, "oh, baby boy." and he'll repeat me. He is doing so many things. He loves to play, read, build, make noises, etc. He can run, jump, climb, count to 12, knows all his colors, knows most letters, seasons, he even sings songs. My fav is "God gave me you"... he sings, "God gayee you" . Carter is also really into telling me what things are Not. "Not Carter's toy, Chase's toy". "Not mommy's shoes, Daddy's." etc. It's real cute.

Carter got some really neat toys for his birthday. My grandma sent him a drill, hammer and tool box. The drill really works with the screws. Carter lvoes it. Now he says, "Carter fix it."

We had a really casual birthday for Carter, just cake and ice cream. (Carter hates things on his head, so his brother wore his hat)

Carter also got a truck full of cars... WOW he lvoes this. He hauls te truck around everywhere. (He'll even fix the wheels with his new drill, just like daddy fixes wheels)

Carter left his sippy cup out. Chase just wants to be like Carter.

Chase not moving for the first time... :o)

We had cake and ice cream for Carter's b-day. Unfortunatly, Carter doesn't like cake.

Proud of our Baby Boy.

Carter was surprised one morning with a train table from grandma and grandpa knapp. He loves it. We moved it to Carter's room. Now he'll just go into his room and play. (He can also open doors, which is tough when Chase is supposed to be napping, but instead he's crying and Carter just wants to go tell him, "It's okay Chase. Nigh-Night Chase" .. on a side note, he doesn't cry much for naps, but he started pulling up to standing, and can't figure out how to get down, so he'll just scream.)
