Please keep Chase in your prayers every time you eat. I know there are other families going through much harder times.
I am feeling down, frustrated and at the end of my rope....which is short compared to God's anyway.
Chase lost a lot of weight last week, this week he is refusing to eat. He barly eats a thing. He acts normal!!!! He still has lots of energy and is super happy.
God keeps reminding me: I AM in control, I LOVE Chase more than you do, I KNOW what I am doing. It's just his earthly body, (who cares that he doesn't fit the "scale")
I just want to pour into him things of eternal value. But sometimes I get so stuck on his eatting, weight and growth.
Pray for peace, and God to use Chase for many wonderful things!!!!!!!

We are praying for him. Great idea to remind us to pray for him when we are eating.....I just did!!
That's a good idea Eric to pray for Chase before we eat.
Jolene, PLEASE don't feel pushed by "doctors". Chase is developing well and is happy. I wish so badly that you would go get a second opinion and be brought peace.
I do pray for peace for you every day since I know how this has irked you since the beginning. I'll continue praying sweetie!

This isn't actually from DrK at all. ECI has been coming out to measure him weekly. He hasn't grown but 1/2 inch and 1 lbs in 5 months. No one is telling me how horrible that is. I just know it's totally not the norm. I know God has a pan and great future for Chase. I just have to hold on for the ride.
