1 Month and Climbing

Chase was very tired here, but holding his head up great. He has such good head control already.

I don't know if these videos work today, try again later if they don't. I have noticed sometimes they take a day or so. Well anyway. Carter is talking up a storm....NON stop. (I wonder where he gets that from). He labels everything. He loves to say, hello, bye-bye, choo-choo, all-done, love you, and so much more. I finally caught him talking and had to video it. (Because they never do it when asked or infront of others.)

Also Carter has figured out that he has been able to move the chairs around, well he finally put it together that he should move them to the countertop, and climb up and see what's up there. His love for climbing has really taken off this week. He will climb anything and everything. I have moved the knives off the countertop and into the pantry....not safe you say, the pantry has a babyproof door knob, becuase we didn't want him to get into the litter box...(it's a BIG pantry/laundry room.) I guess it works for now till he figures out how to open that up. He is close to figureing out how to open up the cabinet door locks too, you know the childproof ones. He's just too inquizative. He must know how everything works. I love to see him figure things out, but it's making me be much more creative in hiding things.

Chase is now 1 month old. He can lift his head great. He hates tummy time. He sleeps well at night, taking a 3-4 hour stretches of sleep. He eats great, especially in the middle of the night, once he's done he goes right back to sleep. He isn't very fussy, only when he's tired or hungry. He is super alert and lvoes to look around and watch you. He is also very long. he is longer than Carter was....I think he'll be taller, which isn't that hard considering Carter has always been in the 10% for height. Carter worn NB clothes till 7 weeks, at 4 weeks Chase was in 0-3month no more NB for him. Well I could go on forever...but that seems good for now.

Glad to see Chase is nice and health and growing great. He's such a cutie, and we just LOVE watching and listening to Carter. You have to be one step ahead of him just to keep him safe.
