Oh man, I know it's been a while since I have updated. I wish I wasn't so busy. I have been super busy at work these days, with the holidays and all.
After we returned from oregon in October, the first weekend in November we went to a nacar race with Chris' dad and uncle. It was so much fun. It day was perfect, not too hot, but clear sky. We BBQ'ed at the car, went to the race and went back out to the car and BBQ'ed again, becuase otherwise we would have waited in lines to get out of the parking area for hours.
We didn't see many wrecks this time, the race was pretty clean.
For Thanksgiving we hosted it at our house in Fort Worth, and we had many visitors from around Texas. my cousin Ben and Lindsey from Andrews, Our great friends Mike and Angela from Midland, our friend Jimmy from Houston, and our friends Ty and Kara from Trophy Club. It was great. We all came togehter each making a different dish, and thr food was great. We are, the boys watched football, the girls and Ben, went on a walk to settle the tummy for desert. While we were walking I am not kidding........it started to SNOW!!!!! I live in Texas, and it was 85 degrees 2 days before thnaksgiving, and it actually snowed, large flakes. It was beautiful.
Angela and I got up at 330am to go shopping the next morning, and we went to Khols, Linen & Things, target, Walmart, Sams Club, back to Target with Jimmy and Mike, and we bought a lot of things, none of which was gifts on my part. Angela got a GREAT deal on a George Forman Grill. Almost $110 off.
